- LUNCH: 11:30-Noon (ish) A HEALTHY LUNCH (Vegan Food Can Taste Great – that means no animal products in the recipes.)
- PART #2: Noon (ish) – after lunch; Now comes “RADICAL HEALTH” with a SPECIAL LICENSED SCREENING of the Documentary “FORKS OVER KNIVES”

Mission:
To creat a learning and support group for those wanting to make the necessary spiritual, physical, and emotional changes that will result in the abundant life Jesus promised us in His Word (John 10:10).
Scripture Focus:
John 10:10 ESV The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have life and have it abundantly.
Plan:
A monthly meeting where participants will have the opportunity to record their blood-pressure, heart rate, and weight (if they so desire); and learn what lifestyle changes will result in optimum, holistic health (spirit, soul and body) – through special speakers; great videos; cooking demonstrations; and much more. Likewise participants will be encouraged to set manageable goals and practical changes towards experiencing the abundant life Jesus offers.

This is why CREATION Health takes a life-transforming approach to total person wellness — mentally, physically and spiritually — with eight universal principles of health.
People just like you are making a few simple changes in their lives and living longer, fuller lives. They are staying very healthy and are able to do the things they love well into their later years. Isn’t it time to start?
Together will will learn 8 principles of abundant health; encourage and support one another in making small, but real changes – a few at a time – towards the goal of health in Jesus of body, mind and spirit.
